Role Description
This is a two-week long casual on-site role at Middlefield & Steeles in Scarborough, ON for a Production Assistant at Rouge River Chocolate Inc.
The Production Worker will be responsible for operating and maintaining production lines and packaging finished product by hand in a licensed cannabis production facility.
This role involves preparing cannabis-infused products, ensuring product quality, packaging finished goods, and adhering to strict health and safety standards. The worker will also be required to follow regulatory guidelines as set by Health Canada and the Cannabis Act.
This role may lead to a Part-Time/Full-Time position.
While we welcome people who are skilled and experienced in food/cannabis production, the fit is the most important part of the job. We will train you.
