Key Responsibilities

Represent Certis with professionalism and confidence at a range of events
Provide friendly and effective customer service while ensuring public safety
Carry out security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties
Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
Diffuse conflict situations calmly and escalate when needed
Keep accurate reports and logs of any incidents or breaches

Qualification

QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement ✅
First Aid & CPR Certificate ✅
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) ✅
A positive attitude and sharp communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or security roles (preferred but not mandatory)
